Ingredients
- 1 kg pork ribs
- 10 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon white pepper
- 2 tablespoons dried shiitake mushrooms
- 10 pieces dried red dates
- 2 liters water
Instructions
- In a large pot, blanch the pork ribs in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Heat some oil in the pot and sauté the crushed garlic until fragrant.
- Add the blanched pork ribs, soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, and white pepper. Stir well to coat the ribs.
- Add the dried shiitake mushrooms, dried red dates, and water to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours, or until the pork is tender.
- Season with salt to taste and serve hot.
