Ingredients
- 4 shark fillets
- 4 bakes (soft bread rolls)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup sliced tomatoes
- 1 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1 cup sliced onions
- 1 cup tamarind sauce
- 1 cup garlic sauce
- 1 cup hot pepper sauce
- Oil for frying
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the shark fillets with salt and pepper, then coat them in a mixture of all-purpose flour and cornmeal.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the shark fillets until golden brown and crispy, about 5 minutes per side.
- Cut the bakes in half and fill each with a fried shark fillet, shredded cabbage, sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions.
- Drizzle tamarind sauce, garlic sauce, and hot pepper sauce over the fillings.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
