- 2 cups breadfruit, boiled and mashed

- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet with oil.
