Baked Chicken with Herbs (Fırında Tavuk)

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, thyme, rosemary, and minced garlic.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and rub the herb mixture all over the chicken.
  4. Place the lemon slices on top of the chicken.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
