Baked Falafel With Tahini Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 15-ounce can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup chickpea flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 pita breads
  • Lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers for serving

Instructions
