Baked Fish with Lemon and Herbs (Limonlu Fırında Balık)

Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillets (such as sea bass or trout)

  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
