Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets (such as sea bass or trout)
- 2 lemons, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the fish fillets in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, olive oil, dried oregano, and dried thyme.
- Spread the herb mixture over the fish fillets.
- Arrange the lemon slices on top of the fish.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
