Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together grated sweet potatoes, all-purpose flour, salt, turmeric, coriander, cumin, and baking powder.
  2. Add water gradually to form a thick batter.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  4. Scoop spoonfuls of the batter and carefully drop them into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
