Ingredients

- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup water

Instructions

- Add the green onions and water to the mixture, and stir until well combined.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Scoop a spoonful of the sweet potato mixture and carefully drop it into the hot oil. Fry in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove the fritters from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
