Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the grated sweet potatoes, all-purpose flour, rice flour, ground turmeric, ground coriander, salt, and white pepper.
  2. Add the green onions and water to the mixture, and stir until well combined.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  4. Scoop a spoonful of the sweet potato mixture and carefully drop it into the hot oil. Fry in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Remove the fritters from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
