Ingredients
- 4 ears of corn, kernels removed

- 4 kaffir lime leaves, thinly sliced
- 4 banana leaves, cut into 8x8 inch squares
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the corn, shallots, garlic, chilies, shrimp paste, salt, sugar, and kaffir lime leaves.
- Place a portion of the corn mixture onto each banana leaf square and wrap into a neat parcel.
- Steam the parcels over medium heat for 30 minutes.
