  • 1 cup lawar (Balinese mixed vegetables with grated coconut)
  • 1 cup urap (Balinese mixed steamed vegetables with spiced grated coconut)
  • Sambal matah (Balinese raw shallot and chili relish)
  • Shrimp crackers

Instructions

  1. Arrange a portion of steamed rice in each serving bowl.
  2. Place the grilled chicken, sate lilit, hard-boiled eggs, lawar, and urap on top of the rice in each bowl.
  3. Serve with sambal matah and shrimp crackers on the side.
