- 1 cup urap (Balinese mixed steamed vegetables with spiced grated coconut)
- Sambal matah (Balinese raw shallot and chili relish)
- Shrimp crackers
Instructions
- Arrange a portion of steamed rice in each serving bowl.
- Place the grilled chicken, sate lilit, hard-boiled eggs, lawar, and urap on top of the rice in each bowl.
- Serve with sambal matah and shrimp crackers on the side.
