Ingredients
- 6 shallots, thinly sliced
- 4 red chili peppers, thinly sliced
- 2 green chili peppers, thinly sliced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 2 lemongrass stalks, thinly sliced
- 4 kaffir lime leaves, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon of shrimp paste
- 2 tablespoons of lime juice
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the shallots, red chili peppers, green chili peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, lemongrass, and kaffir lime leaves.
