Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 3 cups coconut milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup palm sugar, grated
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the rice flour with water to form a smooth paste.
  2. In a pot, bring the coconut milk to a gentle boil over medium heat.
  3. Add the rice flour paste to the boiling coconut milk, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
  4. Add the grated palm sugar and salt, and continue to cook the porridge until it thickens, about 15-20 minutes.
  5. Once the porridge reaches a thick and creamy consistency, remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
