Ingredients

Instructions

- In a pot, bring the coconut milk to a gentle boil over medium heat.
- Add the rice flour paste to the boiling coconut milk, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
- Add the grated palm sugar and salt, and continue to cook the porridge until it thickens, about 15-20 minutes.
- Once the porridge reaches a thick and creamy consistency, remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
