Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup coconut milk

- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine coconut milk, garlic, shallot, turmeric, coriander, cumin, brown sugar, soy sauce, and lime juice to make the marinade.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Thread the marinated shrimp onto the soaked skewers.
