Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk

  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine coconut milk, garlic, shallot, turmeric, coriander, cumin, brown sugar, soy sauce, and lime juice to make the marinade.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Thread the marinated shrimp onto the soaked skewers.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
