Ingredients
- 4 large tomatoes
- 1 cup minced meat
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Wash the tomatoes and cut off the tops. Scoop out the pulp and seeds from the center to create a hollow cavity.
- In a pan, heat the cooking oil and sauté the chopped onion until golden brown.
- Add the minced meat, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and all the spices. Cook until the meat is fully cooked and the mixture is dry.
- Stuff the hollowed tomatoes with the cooked meat mixture.
- Heat a little oil in a pan and place the stuffed tomatoes carefully. Cover and cook on low heat until the tomatoes are tender.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
