Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and lemon juice to make the marinade.
  2. Coat the lamb chops with the marinade and let them marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sear the marinated lamb chops for 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
  4. Cover the pan and cook the chops for an additional 10-15 minutes until they are tender and cooked through.
