Ingredients
- 8 lamb chops
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp oil

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and lemon juice to make the marinade.
- Coat the lamb chops with the marinade and let them marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sear the marinated lamb chops for 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
- Cover the pan and cook the chops for an additional 10-15 minutes until they are tender and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
