Ingredients
- 1 kg beef, cut into chunks
- 2 onions, finely sliced
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
- 2 cups water
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pot and sauté the onions until golden brown.
- Add the beef chunks and cook until browned.
- Stir in the ginger and garlic paste, followed by tomatoes, turmeric, red chili, coriander powder, cumin seeds, and salt.
