- 500g lamb liver, sliced

- 3 tomatoes, diced

- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander, chopped
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Sauté until they crackle.
- Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown.
- Stir in ginger and garlic paste, then add the sliced lamb liver. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Throw in the diced tomatoes and green chilies. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
