Ingredients

  • 500g lamb liver, sliced
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 3 tomatoes, diced
  • 4 green chilies, chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Sauté until they crackle.
  2. Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown.
  3. Stir in ginger and garlic paste, then add the sliced lamb liver. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Throw in the diced tomatoes and green chilies. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
