Ingredients
- 1 kg beef, minced

- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the minced beef, chopped onion, green chilies, fresh coriander, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
- Cover and refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into long kebabs around skewers.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are evenly browned and cooked through.
- Serve the Balochi Gosht Kebabs hot with naan or rice, and enjoy!
