Ingredients

  • 1 kg beef, minced

  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the minced beef, chopped onion, green chilies, fresh coriander, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
  2. Cover and refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
  3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into long kebabs around skewers.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are evenly browned and cooked through.
  5. Serve the Balochi Gosht Kebabs hot with naan or rice, and enjoy!
