Ingredients
- 500g mutton, minced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the minced mutton, chopped onion, green chilies, fresh coriander, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Combine well.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into kebabs using your hands.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the kebabs in the pan and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until they are fully cooked and golden brown.
- Once cooked, remove the kebabs from the pan and place them on a serving platter.
- Serve the Balochi Gosht Kebabs hot with naan, salad, and mint chutney.
