Balochi Gosht Kebab (balochi Style Mutton Kebabs)

Ingredients

  • 500g mutton, minced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the minced mutton, chopped onion, green chilies, fresh coriander, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Combine well.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into kebabs using your hands.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the kebabs in the pan and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until they are fully cooked and golden brown.
  4. Once cooked, remove the kebabs from the pan and place them on a serving platter.
  5. Serve the Balochi Gosht Kebabs hot with naan, salad, and mint chutney.
