Ingredients
- 1 kg boneless chicken, cut into cubes
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp cream
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- Skewers for grilling
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, cream, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt to form a marinade.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers.
- Heat oil in a pan and grill the chicken kebabs until they are cooked through and golden brown on all sides.
- Serve hot with naan or rice.
