Ingredients

  • 1 kg boneless chicken, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Skewers for grilling

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, cream, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt to form a marinade.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and grill the chicken kebabs until they are cooked through and golden brown on all sides.
  5. Serve hot with naan or rice.
