Ingredients
- 500g ground chicken
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander, chopped
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the ground chicken, chopped onion, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, fresh coriander, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well and form small meatballs.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the meatballs until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the tomato puree and cook for a few minutes. Then add the yogurt and cook until the oil separates.
- Add the fried meatballs to the curry, sprinkle garam masala, and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or steamed rice.
