Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, chopped onion, green chilies, fresh coriander, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, salt, and oil.
- Knead the mixture well to ensure all the spices are evenly distributed.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them onto skewers to form kebabs.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and place the kebabs on it.
- Cook the kebabs for about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are evenly browned and cooked through.
