Ingredients

  • 500g ground chicken
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, chopped onion, green chilies, fresh coriander, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, salt, and oil.
  2. Knead the mixture well to ensure all the spices are evenly distributed.
  3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them onto skewers to form kebabs.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and place the kebabs on it.
  5. Cook the kebabs for about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are evenly browned and cooked through.
  6. Once cooked, serve the Balochi Murgh Seekh Kebabs hot with mint chutney and naan.
