Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken, cut into tikka pieces
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Balochi spice mix
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, Balochi spice mix, red chili powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, and salt.
- Add the chicken tikka pieces to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Heat oil in a pan and cook the marinated chicken tikka pieces until they are fully cooked and slightly charred on the outside.
- Serve hot with naan or rice.
