Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken, cut into tikka pieces
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Balochi spice mix
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, Balochi spice mix, red chili powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, and salt.
  2. Add the chicken tikka pieces to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and cook the marinated chicken tikka pieces until they are fully cooked and slightly charred on the outside.
  4. Serve hot with naan or rice.
