Ingredients
- 4 Baltic herring fillets, deboned and diced
- 4 large potatoes, boiled, peeled, and diced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the herring, potatoes, red onion, eggs, and dill.
