Bamberg Smoked Beer Goulash

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef chuck, cut into cubes

  • 1 cup Bamberg smoked beer
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the beef cubes and brown them on all sides. Remove the beef from the pot and set aside.
