Ingredients

  • 500g smoked pork, cubed
  • 2 cups bamboo shoots, sliced

  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch ginger, grated
  • 2-3 green chilies, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 cups water
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chilies. Sauté until the onions are soft and translucent.
  2. Add the cubed smoked pork to the pot and cook until it is browned and slightly crispy.
