Ingredients
- 500g smoked pork, cubed
- 2 cups bamboo shoots, sliced

- 2-3 green chilies, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- 4 cups water
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chilies. Sauté until the onions are soft and translucent.
- Add the cubed smoked pork to the pot and cook until it is browned and slightly crispy.

- Sprinkle turmeric powder, cumin powder, and salt over the ingredients. Mix well to coat everything evenly.
