Bamboo Shoot Stir-fry

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced bamboo shoots
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 2-3 green chilies, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add onions and sauté until translucent.
  4. Add carrots, bell peppers, and bamboo shoots. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add soy sauce and salt, mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
