Ingredients
- 500g bamboo shoots, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp mustard oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2-3 green chilies, sliced
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat mustard oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and green chilies, and sauté until the onions turn translucent.
- Add the thinly sliced bamboo shoots, turmeric powder, and salt. Stir well to combine.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the bamboo shoots are tender and cooked through.
- Remove from heat and serve hot as a side dish with steamed rice.
