Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoons red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 large banana leaves
  • Cooking oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt to make the marinade.
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into pieces and coat them with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Heat a pan on the stovetop and brush the banana leaves with a little oil to prevent sticking.
  4. Place the marinated chicken pieces on the banana leaves and wrap them securely.
  5. Place the wrapped chicken in the pan and cook on medium heat for about 15-20 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
