Ingredients
- 6 ripe bananas, peeled and halved lengthwise
- 12 lumpia wrappers
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Oil for deep-frying
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
- Place a halved banana on a lumpia wrapper and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Roll the banana in the lumpia wrapper, folding the sides in as you roll.
- Seal the edge with a bit of water.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the wrapped bananas until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve the banana lumpia warm and enjoy!
