Ingredients
- 4 ripe bananas
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Peel the bananas and cut them into chunks.
- In a pot, bring the water to a boil.
- Add the banana chunks to the boiling water and cook for 15 minutes until the bananas are soft.
- Mash the bananas in the pot using a fork or a potato masher.
- Stir in the milk, sugar, and ground cinnamon.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the porridge thickens.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
