Ingredients
- 1 medium cabbage, shredded
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add sliced onions and green chilies. Sauté until the onions are translucent.
- Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
- Add shredded cabbage and mix well. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the cabbage is tender.
- Adjust seasoning and serve hot.
