Ingredients

  • 1 lb salted cod, soaked and flaked

Instructions

  2. Add water gradually and mix until a thick batter forms.

  5. Fry the fish cakes for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  6. Remove the fish cakes from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
