Ingredients
- 1 lb flying fish fillets
- 1 cup cornmeal

- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the flying fish fillets with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat and pan-fry the fish until golden brown on both sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In a separate pot, sauté the onion, bell pepper, and garlic until softened.
- Add the okra and continue to cook for a few minutes.
