Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the grated onion, minced garlic, yogurt, saffron, black pepper, salt, and olive oil to make the marinade.
- Add the lamb chops to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
