Ingredients

  • 4 barramundi fillets
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • Lettuce leaves
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season the barramundi fillets with salt and pepper.
