Barramundi Ceviche

Ingredients

  • 1 lb barramundi fillets, skinless and boneless
  • 1 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 red chili, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the barramundi fillets into small cubes and place them in a glass or ceramic dish.
