Ingredients
- 1 lb barramundi fillets, skinless and boneless
- 1 cup fresh lime juice

- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 red chili, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the barramundi fillets into small cubes and place them in a glass or ceramic dish.
