Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon Kirsch (cherry brandy)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the berries, sugar, and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the berries release their juices and the sugar is dissolved, about 10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water to create a slurry. Add the slurry to the berry mixture and cook, stirring constantly, until the pudding thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Remove the pudding from the heat and stir in the Kirsch. Let the pudding cool for a few minutes before serving.
