Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package of dumpling wrappers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Place a small amount of the beef mixture onto each dumpling wrapper. Fold the wrapper in half and press the edges together to seal.
  3. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the dumplings and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
  4. Remove the dumplings with a slotted spoon and serve hot.
