Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package of dumpling wrappers
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Place a small amount of the beef mixture onto each dumpling wrapper. Fold the wrapper in half and press the edges together to seal.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the dumplings and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
- Remove the dumplings with a slotted spoon and serve hot.
