Ingredients
- 4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 small head of cabbage, shredded
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 cup of grated cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add the shredded cabbage to the pan and cook until slightly softened.
- In a greased baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes and the cooked cabbage mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper, then spread the sour cream over the top.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese evenly over the casserole.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
