Ingredients
- 1 lb dried fava beans
- 4 oz pancetta, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Soak the dried fava beans in water overnight.
- In a large pot, sauté the pancetta, onion, and garlic in olive oil until the pancetta is crispy and the onion is translucent.
