Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef, cubed
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and sliced

  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 pie crusts

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the beef over medium heat.

  3. Stir in the beef broth, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Layer the sliced potatoes in a greased pie dish.

  7. Make several slits in the top crust to vent.
  8. Bake at 375°F for 45-50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
