Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and paprika until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Dredge the meatballs in flour, shaking off any excess.
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
- Stir in the sour cream and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce is heated through.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
