Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl and let it cool for 5 minutes. Then, beat in the eggs one at a time until smooth.
- Drop tablespoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Let the puffs cool completely.
- For the Bavarian cream, whip the heavy cream with the granulated sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Cut the cooled puffs in half and fill them with the Bavarian cream. Dust with confectioners' sugar before serving.
