Bbq Chicken (liberian Style Bbq Chicken)

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, ginger, garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
