Bbq Chicken (liberian Style Bbq Chicken)

Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, ginger, garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken thighs in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
