Ingredients
- 500g BBQ pork, diced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce

- 1 package of store-bought bun dough
Instructions
- In a pan, combine the diced BBQ pork, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and five-spice powder. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix the water and cornstarch to make a slurry. Add the slurry to the pork mixture and cook until thickened. Remove from heat and let it cool.

- Place the buns in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes.
- Remove the buns from the steamer and serve hot.
