Bbq Ribs (liberian Style Bbq Ribs)

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs pork ribs
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, paprika, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Place the pork ribs in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the ribs. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
  4. Remove the ribs from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.
  5. Grill the ribs over indirect heat for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, turning occasionally, until the meat is tender and no longer pink.
  6. Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.
