Ingredients

  • 2 pork knuckles
  • 500g dried white beans

  • 3 celery stalks, chopped

  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Soak the dried white beans in water overnight.
  2. In a large pot, place the pork knuckles and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
  3. Add the soaked beans, onions, carrots, celery, garlic, bay leaves, and paprika to the pot with the pork knuckles. Season with salt and pepper.
