Ingredients
- 1 lb dried white beans
- 4 botifarra sausages
- 1 onion, chopped

Instructions
- Soak the dried white beans in water overnight.
- In a large pot, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until softened.
- Add the diced tomatoes, bay leaves, paprika, and soaked white beans to the pot.
- Add enough water to cover the beans and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the beans are tender.
