Ingredients

  • 500g fresh yellow noodles
  • 300g chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 liter chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pot, heat some oil and sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.
  2. Add the chicken slices and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

  6. Cook the yellow noodles according to the package instructions.
